Nawa Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Nawa, developed by Abed Masri, collects, uses, and protects information when you use the app and related services.
2. Information We Collect
We may collect information you provide directly, information created through your use of the app, and the tools, entries, and related content you create in Nawa.
3. Account Information
Nawa uses Supabase for authentication, database storage, and backend services. When you sign in with Apple or Google, the sign-in provider may provide basic account information such as an identifier, name, and email address depending on your settings.
4. User-Created Content
The app stores user-created tool definitions, entries, notes, templates, fields, and settings related to your personal workspace.
5. Subscription and Purchase Information
Nawa uses RevenueCat to manage subscription status and purchase entitlements. Apple processes App Store payments, and Nawa does not receive complete card or bank details.
6. Artificial Intelligence Processing
AI prompts and relevant tool context may be sent securely to the backend and an AI provider to generate or improve tools and provide the requested functionality.
7. How We Use Information
We use information to operate the app, create tools, store your data, manage subscriptions, improve performance, provide support, and protect the service from abuse.
8. Third-Party Services
Nawa relies on services such as Supabase, Apple Sign in, Google Sign in, RevenueCat, Apple App Store, and AI providers where needed to deliver app functionality.
9. Data Retention
We retain information while your account is active or as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain operational backups for reasonable periods.
10. Account and Data Deletion
You may delete your account from inside the app. Account deletion removes or schedules removal of associated personal data according to operational and legal requirements, and some data may remain temporarily in backups or necessary logs.
11. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data. No digital service can guarantee absolute security, but we work to reduce risk and protect information within practical limits.
12. Children’s Privacy
Nawa is not directed to children. If you believe a child has provided personal information without appropriate consent, contact us so we can take appropriate steps.
13. International Data Processing
Data may be processed or stored through service providers operating in different countries as needed to run the app and provide its services.
14. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When material changes are made, we will try to notify users appropriately in the app or on the policy page.
